Getting started and analysis

What does the process analysis include and what do we get at the end?

Answer

The analysis covers interviews with the people involved, recording the real working steps, a review of the systems and file storage in use, and the search for media breaks and duplicate data entry. At the end you receive a written report with an overview of the workflows, the friction points identified and a prioritised list of measures.

Each measure comes with an assessment of effort, benefit and dependencies. The report belongs to you and remains usable even if you later tackle the implementation with your own team or another provider. Details are on the process analysis page.
