Streamline your workflows instead of entering the same data three times
We record how your work actually flows, find media breaks and duplicate data entry, and connect your systems so that data travels to where it is needed on its own. The starting point is a process analysis from 1,900 € net plus VAT, including a written report, prioritised measures and a fixed price for the implementation.

Entry point · net plus VAT
- A review of your workflows instead of buying tools on spec
- Written report covering media breaks, duplicate entry and risks
- Prioritised measures with effort ranges and a sensible sequence
- Fixed price for the implementation before any development starts
- The report is yours, even without a follow-up order
The analysis covers a review on site or by video call, interviews with the people who run the workflow every day, a written report and a prioritised list of measures with effort ranges. Implementation of each automation or interface starts at 4,900 € net as a fixed price after the analysis, ongoing support at 190 € net per month. All prices are net plus VAT; licences and third-party costs are listed separately. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Prices as of September 2026. Ongoing services are booked individually and can be cancelled monthly; there is no minimum term.
In many mid-sized companies the work runs in parallel in several places: order data sits in a spreadsheet, appointments in a calendar, working hours on paper slips, invoices in a third programme and delivery notes as PDFs in a mailbox. Every handover between these places costs time, creates follow-up questions and produces records that contradict one another. That is where we start: the process analysis shows where data is captured more than once, process automation takes over repetitive steps, and interfaces make sure your systems share the same data. Without forcing your company to adapt to a standard programme that does not match how you work.

One order on its way through your systems
Where time is lost day to day
When we first work with a company, we rarely hear: "We are missing software." We hear: "That takes forever again." The lost time almost never sits inside a single task, but in the transitions between tasks, systems and departments. Those transitions are easy to overlook because they have become habit. Six patterns come up in practically every project.
Media breaks
An order arrives by email, is printed, annotated by hand and then typed into a system. Every change of medium creates waiting time and transcription errors. The task itself is simple; the chain around it is not.
Duplicate data entry
The same customer address sits in the quotation programme, in accounting and in a list used for dispatch. When something changes, it is updated in one place and forgotten in two others. After that, chance decides which record applies.
Paper slips everywhere
Timesheets, material withdrawals and feedback from the workshop pile up on paper and are collected at the end of the month. By the time the figures reach the system, the job has already been invoiced or the costing review comes too late.
Time spent searching
The current delivery note is either in a folder, in a colleague's mailbox or in a directory whose logic only one person understands. Searching is unproductive time that appears in no report and still occurs every day.
Isolated tools
Over the years, programmes for individual tasks have been added that know nothing about each other. Each one works on its own. Together they create manual work, because someone has to carry the data from one system to the next.
Figures only in hindsight
Capacity, outstanding items and the order book are pulled together by hand each month. Decisions are therefore based on figures that are already several weeks old, instead of the position as of yesterday.
None of these patterns is a sign of poor organisation. They arise because companies grow and tools are introduced one after another, each for a specific problem. Only the sum produces a picture that nobody planned. Making that sum visible is the first step, and it does not require new software but a structured review.
Measure first, automate second
What we actually do
Our offering covers the full path: from recording the current state through implementation to ongoing operation. You can start with a single workflow and extend later; we do not need a full programme of work to produce a first noticeable effect. An overview of all areas is available on the services page.
Process analysis
We follow your workflows where they happen: in the office, in the workshop, in the warehouse. The result is a record with processing times, handover points, system changes and bottlenecks — plus a sequence showing which measure delivers the first effect.
Learn moreProcess automation
Technology takes over recurring work: reading incoming documents, transferring data, triggering approvals, sending reminders, producing reports. You define the rules and the exceptions; the execution runs without manual intervention.
Learn moreInterfaces
We connect your systems through application programming interfaces, middleware, webhooks or scheduled file transfers — whichever the programmes involved support. For every data field we define which system holds the leading record.
Learn moreData integration
Scattered lists, isolated tools and spreadsheets that grew over time are brought together into one shared data set. That includes cleansing, duplicate checks and a clear rule about where a record is created and where it is only read.
Learn moreDocument digitisation
Paper and PDF archives become searchable, linked cases. Documents attach themselves to the right job, deadlines and retention are defined, and a search takes seconds instead of a walk to the filing cabinet.
Learn moreMetrics and reporting
Figures from your existing systems become visible without anyone collecting them each month: order book, capacity, lead times, outstanding items. Updates happen automatically, access is governed by role.
Learn moreFour services that keep a project sustainable
A technically sound solution is not enough if nobody can operate it or if its day-to-day running remains unclear. That is why four further areas belong to our offering — they make the difference between a project and a lasting improvement.
Replacing legacy systems
A system that grew over years can rarely be swapped out over a weekend. We replace it step by step: first secure and migrate the data, then run parts in parallel, then switch off. The business keeps working during the changeover, and there is a way back at every point. More on the legacy replacement page.
Process documentation
Workflows that exist only in people's heads are a risk during holidays, illness or staff changes. We record the target workflow in plain language: who does what, with which system, in which order, and what happens in exceptional cases. Process documentation is also the basis for onboarding and evidence.
Operations and maintenance
Automated workflows need supervision. We monitor the connections that have been set up, review error messages, apply updates and adjust rules when something changes in the business. Ongoing operation starts at 190 € net per month plus VAT.
Training and rollout
A changeover works when staff are involved early. We train on the company's real cases, accompany the first weeks and collect feedback instead of handing out a manual. Details of the rollout are agreed per team.
One data set instead of many lists
The greatest leverage rarely lies in a new feature, but in everyone looking at the same data set. When addresses, items, orders and appointments are created in one place and distributed from there, follow-up questions disappear that previously counted as normal. For each data field we define which system leads, and we set up the transfer so that repeated deliveries do not create duplicates.
- One leading system per data field, recorded in writing
- Transfers can be repeated without creating duplicate records
- Error cases land in a visible list instead of disappearing
- New systems can be attached without rebuilding what exists
| Data field | Leads | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Customer address | Inventory management | Shop · Dispatch |
| Item and price | Inventory management | Shop · Quote |
| Order status | Order entry | Customer email |
| Appointment | Scheduling | Calendar · App |
| Document number | Accounting | Archive |
How a project runs with us
Projects rarely fail because of technology; they fail because building starts too early. We therefore work in clearly separated steps, each with a result you hold in your hands. After the analysis you decide whether and to what extent we implement — with a fixed price that is agreed beforehand.
Initial call and scoping
In around thirty minutes we establish which workflow bothers you most, how many people are involved and which systems play a part. The result is an assessment of whether an analysis makes sense and what its scope would be. This call is free of charge and without obligation.
Recording the current state on site
We follow the workflow where it happens and talk to the people who run it every day. We record processing and waiting times, system changes, handover points, exceptions and workarounds. The workarounds in particular reveal where the official workflow does not hold up.
Report and prioritisation
You receive a written report with the recorded current state, the media breaks and duplicate entries we found, and a list of measures. Each measure comes with an effort range and an assessment of its effect, so that the sequence is easy to follow.
Fixed-price offer for the implementation
Based on the report we calculate the selected measures as a fixed price, from 4,900 € net plus VAT per automation or interface. Anything outside the agreed scope is not charged; extensions are agreed in writing in advance.
Implementation in small steps
We implement in manageable stages and provide something usable early, rather than developing in the background for months. Testing uses your real cases in a separate environment before a workflow goes into production.
Rollout, training and operation
Handover includes training on real cases, documentation in plain language and a support phase in which we fine-tune. After that you can run the solution yourself or commission ongoing support from 190 € net per month plus VAT.

The most expensive process is not the slow one, but the one nobody questions any more. That is why every improvement begins with an honest record of what actually happens.
What the process analysis contains
The analysis is not a workshop with coloured sticky notes but a review with a result. We work on the real case, not on the organisation chart, and document what we see. The report is written so that someone who does not deal with IT every day can understand it — and it remains your property, whether or not you commission the implementation from us.
- A flow diagram of the current state for each workflow examined, including every system change
- A list of media breaks and duplicate data entry, with the roles affected
- An effort estimate for the recurring manual work, based on observation and interviews
- An assessment of data quality: duplicates, gaps, contradictory records
- Risks arising from staff absence, missing documentation and single points of knowledge
- Prioritised measures with effort ranges, sequence and expected effect
- A recommendation on which steps can be taken without software development
- The basis for a fixed-price offer, with no obligation to commission it
| Work step | Today without connected systems | After implementation |

Technology that suits a mid-sized company
We do not build a landscape that needs its own department to run it. The technology follows what your existing programmes support and what your team can maintain day to day. Where a scheduled file transfer is sufficient, we do not build a permanently running connection. Where near real time is required, we set it up.
Application interfaces
Where your systems provide open interfaces, we use them directly. Access runs through dedicated credentials with limited rights, so that a connection may only do what it was set up for and changes remain traceable.
Middleware as a hub
Instead of wiring every programme to every other one, we bundle connections in one place. That keeps the number of dependencies small and makes it possible to replace a single system without touching all the other connections.
Events and file transfers
Some programmes report changes themselves, others can only export. We combine both: event-driven transfer where it is possible, and scheduled, monitored file transfers where that is the more pragmatic route.
Data storage and cleansing
Before any transfer comes the groundwork: which fields exist, which mandatory entries are missing, which records are duplicates. Rules for matching and duplicate checks are recorded in writing and tested with your real data.
Access, logs and data protection
Roles and rights are defined per workflow, transfers are encrypted and access is logged. We take the BSI recommendations on securing access and on data backup into account during setup (BSI).
Operated in Germany
Servers and data storage are located in German data centres, and processing takes place under a data processing agreement. Backups are scheduled, monitored and regularly checked for restorability.
Who we work for
Our clients are mid-sized companies with roughly ten to two hundred employees, usually without their own IT department or with one person who looks after IT alongside their actual job. The sectors differ, the patterns are similar: programmes that grew over time, a great deal of knowledge held in people's heads, and workflows that no longer match the current order volume.
Trades and crafts
Measuring, quoting, scheduling, ordering material, recording hours and invoicing all interlock, yet often run on separate paths. We connect site and office so that feedback from the job lands directly on the case. More under workflows in the trades.
Manufacturing
Production orders, material availability, shop-floor feedback and costing reviews belong together. When feedback reaches the system promptly, costing becomes a steering tool rather than a retrospective. Details under workflows in manufacturing.
Service providers
Project hours, service records, invoicing and utilisation are the critical figures. We make sure recorded hours flow into billing and reporting without an intermediate step. More under workflows at service providers.
Wholesale
Item data, prices, stock levels and customer terms often sit in several systems. A clean reconciliation reduces questions in sales and errors when taking orders. More under workflows in wholesale.
Logistics
Routes, delivery notes, proof of delivery and billing generate a lot of paper. Digital proofs that move to the job automatically noticeably shorten the time to invoice. More under workflows in logistics.
Administration
Applications, approvals, deadlines and record keeping follow fixed rules, yet often run via email and paper. Digital cases with clear responsibilities make the current status visible at any time. More under workflows in administration.
Based in the region, present in your business
We are based in Söhlde between Hildesheim and Salzgitter and work mainly across Lower Saxony. For the initial review we come to your premises, because a workflow looks different on screen than it does in the workshop. Implementation, coordination and support then largely run remotely — projects elsewhere in Germany are supported with on-site dates for the decisive phases.
- Hildesheim and the surrounding area as our core region
- Hanover, Brunswick and Salzgitter within a day's reach
- Peine and Göttingen served regularly
- Projects across Germany with on-site dates for review and rollout
Which workflow currently costs you the most time?
Describe the case that regularly stalls in your business. In the initial call we tell you whether a process analysis is worthwhile and what its scope would be — free of charge and without obligation.
Consulting that also builds
There are different routes to improving workflows, and not every one suits every business. Pure consulting delivers a concept whose implementation remains open. A ready-made toolkit delivers technology whose fit to the workflow remains open. We deliberately combine both — including the drawbacks that come with it, which we name here as well.
Three routes to better workflows
A factual comparison of the common approaches, so you can judge what suits your situation.
Pure process consulting
- Included: A structured outside view of workflows that grew over time
- Included: The result is a concept you can use independently
- Not included: Implementation stays open and needs a second supplier
- Not included: A gap in responsibility opens up between concept and technology
- Not included: Feasibility often only becomes clear during implementation
Off-the-shelf tooling
- Included: Short setup time when the workflow matches the standard
- Included: Low entry cost for simple, clearly bounded tasks
- Not included: Ongoing licence costs that grow with usage
- Not included: Your own rules and special cases can often only be mapped partly
- Not included: Exceptions tend to end up back in manual work
Analysis and delivery from one source
- Included: Review, implementation and operation sit with one contact
- Included: Fixed price per measure after the analysis, from 4,900 € net plus VAT
- Included: Existing systems remain usable instead of being replaced wholesale
- Included: Documentation and training are part of the scope
- Not included: Higher effort at the start, because the analysis precedes the build
What process optimisation costs
We work with fixed prices, because open-ended effort estimates are hard for a mid-sized company to plan around. The analysis has a defined scope; the implementation is only calculated once we know the workflow. That way you know what the next step costs before you commission it, and you can weigh it against the benefit you expect.
All amounts stated are net plus statutory VAT. Third-party licences, server costs and external services are shown separately so that one-off and recurring costs stay clearly apart. A detailed breakdown is available on the pricing page.

How to judge the effort
Start with one workflow
From our project practice
The situations below show typical patterns that we encounter repeatedly. They are anonymised and describe the workflow, not a particular client. What effect a measure has in your business depends on your volumes, systems and responsibilities and is assessed during the analysis.
Typical starting points
Illustrative scenarios from typical project situations (project experience), anonymised and without client details. Transferability to other companies is not assured.
