Prices are identical in every region. The process analysis with a survey of the current situation, a written report and a prioritised list of measures starts at 1,900 € net. Implementing an automation or an interface starts at 4,900 € net and is agreed as a fixed price after the analysis. Ongoing support starts at 190 € net per month. All prices net plus VAT. We charge no travel flat rate for appointments in the regions listed; the full pricing logic is on the pricing overview.
Prices as of September 2026. Ongoing services are booked individually and can be cancelled monthly; there is no minimum term.
Streamlining workflows is not a software installation but detailed work on habits that have grown over years. Anyone who wants to understand order processing has to see how the delivery note is actually produced, which folder on the server holds the authoritative version and why one list in a spreadsheet has been kept in parallel for years. That is exactly why we come to you. Our base in Söhlde sits between Hildesheim, Hannover, Braunschweig and Peine, which puts the business regions of south-eastern Lower Saxony within easy reach. This overview shows where we are available in person, what typically comes up in each region and how the collaboration works outside our catchment area.

What happens on site and what runs remotely
On-site appointments in south-eastern Lower Saxony
Our office in Söhlde sits inside the square formed by Hildesheim, Hannover, Braunschweig and Peine. From there we usually reach the regions listed within an hour's drive for process mapping, workshop and office walkthroughs, rollout appointments and training. For companies outside that radius we work remotely — the approach itself stays the same.

Six Regions, One Approach
The companies differ, the approach does not. Everything starts with the process analysis: we follow one job from the initial enquiry to the invoice, record every media break and note where data is entered by hand a second time. The result is a list of measures sorted by effort and effect. Implementation follows — depending on the findings as process automation, as an interface between two systems, as data integration of scattered lists or as a step-by-step legacy replacement. In most first analyses we find between five and twelve places where the same data is captured more than once (project experience). Which one is tackled first is your decision.
Hildesheim
Our immediate neighbourhood: owner-run companies without an IT department that digitise step by step.
Learn moreHannover
Service providers, wholesalers and administrations with grown system landscapes and many upstream tools.
Learn moreBraunschweig
Research-driven industry and technical trade with high documentation and evidence requirements.
Learn moreSalzgitter
Production and technical trade: production orders, plant stock and paperwork on the shop floor.
Learn morePeine
Trades, logistics and suppliers where job data gets stuck between the office and the vehicle.
Learn moreGöttingen
Laboratory, measurement and service businesses with complex offerings and test records.
Learn moreWhy proximity actually helps in process projects
The most demanding part of a process project is not the technology but the understanding. Why is a job written up twice, once in the office and once on a note for the workshop? Why does the binding price list sit in a folder only two people can open? Nobody answers such questions completely in a single meeting, because the knowledge is spread across several people and part of it is not written down anywhere. When the office, the workshop, the warehouse and accounting sit around one table, contradictions are resolved in minutes that would otherwise take weeks by email. That is why we concentrate our on-site work at the beginning and at the rollout — the time in between, meaning development and testing, we spend remotely, because physical proximity offers no advantage there.
Everyone available at once
On-site process mapping brings the office, the workshop, the warehouse and accounting to one table. Contradictions between departments surface immediately instead of during testing.
The workflow on a real document
Edge cases can be shown on the running system. Descriptions are error-prone; clicking through the actual transaction is unambiguous.
Notes and folders become visible
What runs alongside the software only shows up on site: the notepad at the counter, the clipboard in the warehouse, the printout taped to the machine.
Short distances at rollout
On switchover day, response time counts. Being in the same region means we can drop by within an hour's drive if needed.
One named contact
You talk to the same people for the whole project. No rotating ticket team, no loss of knowledge between phases.
Expansion without re-onboarding
Anyone who already knows your workflows needs no new analysis for the second stage. That noticeably shortens follow-up projects.
What Matters in Each Region
Hildesheim and Peine are our immediate surroundings. Here we mostly work with owner-run trades, retail and service businesses that have no in-house IT team and therefore value understandable documentation and one named contact. Projects rarely start with a grand design but with a single problem area: job feedback from the vehicle, time recording or the filing of delivery notes. How such filing moves from a stack of paper into a searchable workflow is described on the document digitisation page; the regional specifics are on process optimisation Hildesheim and process optimisation Peine. The advantage of this approach is cost control: each stage has its own fixed price and a visible benefit, instead of releasing a large budget for a result that only becomes visible months later.
Hannover is the economic centre of the region and correspondingly varied: wholesalers with extensive item masters, service providers with contract and billing models, administrations with long approval chains. Typically several systems have grown side by side over the years — industry software, separate accounting, a time recording system and assorted lists that nobody fully knows any more. We usually solve this with a shared data basis and clearly defined handover points, so that not every system has to talk to every other one. Details are on the data integration and process optimisation Hannover pages. The effect shows up most clearly when something changes: replacing a system then affects one handover point instead of four direct connections.
Braunschweig and Salzgitter are shaped by industry, production and technical trade. Anyone working as a supplier has to provide evidence: test records, batches, traceability, delivery and schedule adherence. This evidence is often produced twice — once in the system and once on paper, because there is no screen on the shop floor. That is where we start, by bringing capture and evidence together in one place so that the reporting follows automatically instead of being pieced together at the end of the month. What that looks like is described on the metrics and reporting, process optimisation Braunschweig and process optimisation Salzgitter pages.
Göttingen brings a research- and service-oriented mid-market: laboratory and measurement technology, technical service providers, businesses with offerings that need explaining. Such companies live on documentation — test reports, equipment files, maintenance records, qualifications. When these documents sit in separate folders, every query costs search time, and during an audit that search turns into a project of its own. We bring the documents together into one searchable body and link them to the transaction they belong to. The approach required for this is described on the process documentation page; regional examples are on process optimisation Göttingen. For companies with evidence obligations, this is frequently the point where a project pays off first.
Outside the region: remote across Germany
Process projects can be delivered entirely from a distance in technical terms. Development, testing and operation run through secured access anyway, and documentation is produced in writing rather than on a whiteboard. What differs outside our core regions concerns organisation: we plan several shorter video sessions instead of fewer long on-site days, work with prepared questionnaires and more often ask for short recordings from the workplace, so that the part running alongside the software becomes visible too. Distance makes no difference to the price: analysis, implementation and ongoing support cost the same across Germany, and we do not charge a travel flat rate as a matter of principle. If an on-site appointment outside the region makes sense in substance — for a data migration out of a legacy system, for example — we agree that separately in advance.
| Project phase | On site | Remote |

| Initial consultation | Optional, usually not needed | Standard, around 30 minutes by video |
| Mapping the current workflows | Recommended, everyone available at once | Possible, with a prepared questionnaire |
| Report and action plan | Not required | In writing, with follow-up questions by video |
| Implementation and testing | Not required | Standard, via secured access |
| Rollout and training | Accompanied in person on request | As a video session including a recording |

Industries in the Region
Region and industry are closely linked. In the trades it is usually about job feedback, hours and materials from the vehicle; in manufacturing about production orders, confirmations and evidence from the shop floor. Service providers struggle with quotes, contracts and billing in separate tools, wholesale with item masters, conditions and stock. In logistics tours, status messages and proof of delivery dominate, in administration applications, approval chains and record keeping. An overview of all industries is on the industries page, the full list of services under services.
