Getting started and analysis
Is this worthwhile for smaller companies too?
Answer
Company size is not the deciding criterion; repetition is. A workflow carried out manually every day or every week often justifies automation even with only a few employees. A procedure that occurs twice a year usually does not.
That is why with smaller companies we deliberately start narrow: one workflow, one clearly defined result, a manageable budget. If the first step holds, the next one follows. This order keeps the risk small and makes the benefit visible early.
