projects delivered (project experience)
Trades, manufacturing, services, wholesale, logistics or administration: the starting point is the same in every case, namely a conversation about your actual workflows. Not about tools, not about licences, but about which working steps cost time today and where data is moved by hand from one system into the next. That picture leads to a process analysis with prioritised measures, and from there to a fixed price for implementation. The initial call takes around 30 minutes, costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

From first contact to a plan of measures
If you already know what your project is about, these pages take you straight to the topic: process analysis, process automation, interfaces, data integration, document digitisation, metrics and reporting and legacy replacement. The services page gives the overall picture, cost ranges are under pricing, typical starting situations are under references, and sector-specific workflows are described under industries.

Office and postal address
Prozessoptimierung IT
Glockruthenallee 16
31185 Söhlde
Germany
The office is located in the Hildesheim district of Lower Saxony. On-site appointments at your premises are available by arrangement and are often the most sensible route for the initial workflow survey.
What happens after your message
What happens in the initial call
You describe one concrete workflow
The most productive entry point is a single process you know well: from enquiry to invoice, from order to delivery note, from time recording to billing. You describe who performs which step, which system is used and where data is transferred by hand. Exactly at those handover points is where the media breaks sit.
We assess it without selling you a tool
We tell you which steps can sensibly be automated, which are better solved organisationally, and where automation would create more maintenance effort than it saves. That candour is part of the job: not every manual step justifies an interface, and a clearly documented workflow is sometimes the better investment.
We estimate sequence and order of magnitude
You get a sense of which measure has the largest effect, roughly what it costs and in which order it should be tackled. We give ranges rather than false precision, because a dependable price is only possible after the workflow survey.
You receive a written summary
Within three business days we summarise the conversation in writing: the situation as we understood it, possible measures, and a proposal for the next step. That summary is yours to keep, even if you decide against working with us.

What you can prepare
Finished documents are not required. If you spend a moment on the following points beforehand, the conversation becomes far more concrete and we can sketch solution approaches in the first call instead of only asking questions. If you cannot answer one of the points, that is useful information too: unclear responsibilities and unknown data routes are a finding in themselves.
The workflow that annoys you most
Which recurring process noticeably costs time or regularly triggers follow-up questions? One example is enough, and it need not be the largest process in the company.
Systems involved
Which programmes are in use, for instance inventory management, accounting, sector-specific software, time recording? Are they hosted in house or by the provider? Do you know whether an interface exists?
Manual work and double entry
Where is data retyped, copied or transferred into a spreadsheet? How often does that happen, and who does it?
People involved
Who works on the process, who knows it in detail and who decides on changes? For the workflow survey we need access to the people who run the process every day.
Paper and filing
Which documents still arrive on paper or as a PDF attachment? Where are they filed, and how long does it currently take to find a particular case again?
Goal and timeframe
What should change in the end: less manual work, shorter lead times, better figures, fewer errors? Is there a date that sets the frame, such as a system changeover?
A clearly framed entry point
- Workflow survey carried out together with your staff
- Written report covering media breaks and double entry
- Prioritised measures with effort estimates
- The analysis fee is credited against implementation once you commission it
Implementation per automation or interface from 4,900 € net plus VAT as a fixed price after the analysis. Ongoing support from 190 € net plus VAT per month.
Prices as of September 2026. Ongoing services are booked individually and can be cancelled monthly; there is no minimum term.
Which route suits your enquiry
| Your enquiry | Suitable route | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| First project enquiry, workflows roughly known | The form on this page | We prepare based on your details and propose a slot for a call |
| Still unsure whether it is worth it | Call +49 5123 9579000 | A quick assessment by phone, with nothing for you to prepare |
| Specific question about a running project | Call or email your named contact | Direct clarification, with screen sharing where useful |
| Fault in a workflow we support | Email with subject and time of day | The case is documented and tracked, response time as agreed |
| Quote for an already defined interface | Form with system names and data direction | Follow-up questions by email, then a fixed-price offer after a short review |
Availability, travel and on-site appointments
The office in Söhlde sits between Hildesheim, Salzgitter and Peine, with Hanover and Brunswick within easy reach. For the workflow survey we usually come to your premises, because processes are understood faster at the workplace than in a description: you see which notes lie next to the keyboard, which list is actually maintained and which step runs differently in practice than in the manual. For coordination during the project, calls and screen sharing are normally enough. An overview of the areas we cover is available under regions.
- Reachable by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CET
- Written enquiries answered within 24 hours on business days
- On-site appointments by arrangement, in the region usually within two weeks (project experience)
- Meetings by video or phone with screen sharing where that is quicker
- One named contact throughout the project
- Data and hosting in Germany, GDPR data processing agreement on request
One workflow is enough to start
You do not need a digitalisation strategy to get going. Name the process that costs you the most time and we will tell you honestly whether and how it can be solved.
