What does ongoing support include?

Support starts at 190 euros net plus value added tax per month and covers monitoring of the automated workflows, notification of disruptions, error analysis, smaller adjustments and a named contact person.
It also includes adapting the workflows when a connected system is updated or a form changes. The exact scope depends on the number and criticality of the workflows supported and is stated in the offer. More on this under operations and maintenance.
