How long are we tied in contractually?

Analysis and implementation are one-off services with no follow-on obligation. Ongoing support runs monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
We would rather keep clients through benefit than through contract terms. If you later want to monitor the supported workflows yourself, we hand over documentation and access. What that covers is described under process documentation.
