What happens if new requirements come up during the project?

That happens frequently, because a closer look reveals special cases nobody mentioned beforehand. We treat such points as a separate extension agreed in writing, with its own price and its own date.
The agreed fixed price is unaffected. That way no situation arises in which an invoice turns up at the end of the month for work nobody approved.
