How is the fixed price for an implementation determined?
Answer
After the analysis it is known which systems are involved, which interfaces are available and which special cases have to be covered. On that basis we put together a package per automation or interface with a fixed price from 4,900 euros net plus value added tax.
The offer describes scope, acceptance criteria and dates. Without a prior analysis we do not work with fixed prices, because a sound estimate would not be possible and you would end up paying the surcharge for that uncertainty.
