Can paper records and PDF archives be included?

Yes. Incoming documents are captured, made searchable through text recognition and linked to the matching case — delivery note to job, invoice to order, inspection record to equipment.

That ends the search through nested folders, and evidence can be found when queries or audits arise. How we go about this is described on the document digitisation page. From the same data, metrics and reporting can then be produced without anyone compiling figures by hand each month.
